APPLESAUCE-COTTAGE DELIGHT 
1/2 c. all natural unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 packet Sweet-in-low, equal or sugar twin sweetener
1 slice high fiber whole wheat low calorie bread (toasted)

Mix in small serving bowl applesauce, cottage cheese, sweetener and cinnamon. Garnish with additional cinnamon if so desired.

Serve with toast cut in squares. A real stick-to-your ribs high energy breakfast or late night snack. All for about 170 calories.
