FANNY FARMER FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts, chopped

Combine sugar and milk. Cook until bubbling. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and chocolate chips. Stir until blended. Add vanilla and nuts. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut when cool. Yields: 5 pounds.
