APPLE NUT CAKE 
4 c. diced apples
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/3 c. water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Break eggs over apples. Mix with a fork. Add water and sugar to apple mixture. Mix. Add dry ingredients to apple mixture. Stir well. Add oil, nuts and vanilla. Stir. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
