APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 two layer spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1/2 c. Touch of butter spread (or any butter)
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cake: preheat oven to 350. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.

FROSTING: Blend butter and flavoring. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. If too thick to spread evenly, add 2 or 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat until right consistency.
