AU GRATIN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1 stick butter
8 slices Velveeta cheese
1 sm. onion
Garlic salt
Pepper
Salt
1 c. milk

Peel and slice potatoes. Dice onion. Place half of potatoes in a baking dish. Top with half of cheese and butter. Sprinkle with onions, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Top with the remaining potatoes, onions, butter, cheese and seasonings. Pour milk over the potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes in covered baking dish.
