HAM AND POTATO AU GRATIN 
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. (1 lb.) diced cooked ham
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3/4 c. milk

Cook onion and green pepper in small amount of oil until tender. Combine with next 5 ingredients. Pour into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 baking dish.

In saucepan, combine cheese and milk; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour over ham-potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Yields: 4 servings.

This is an awesome recipe! I put this together a little differently, but the ingredients are almost the same. I saute the onions and peppers in 3 Tbsp of butter, then add 3 Tbsp flour, then add milk until thickened. Stir in mayo, then add cheese and stir until smooth. Add potatoes and ham. Coat all ingredients, pour into baking dish...YMMMM! My family loves this dish!
