HAM AND POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 1/2 c. chopped ham
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter
Salt & pepper

Mix potatoes, ham and cheese. Combine salad dressing and milk mixing well. Add to potato mixture mixing lightly. Put in a 1 quart casserole. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
