POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. cooked potatoes, diced
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Prepare sauce with milk, flour, butter and salt. Add cheese and stir until melted. In shallow greased baking dish, place the potatoes. Pour cheese sauce over them and cover top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake until crumbs are brown at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
