CAMPERS CORN CHOWDER 
1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
2 tsp. corn oil
2 c. water
2/3 c. dry nonfat milk powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1/4 c. instant potato granules
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme

Brown pepperoni lightly in oil in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; stir and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
