ARLENE ADAMS' SAUSAGE STRATA 
12 to 14 slices Pepperidge Farm Bread
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. bulk sausage, cooked and drained (Bob Evans)
8 to 10 slices Swiss cheese
6 to 8 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Layer bread, sausage, cheese. Repeat. Mix milk with eggs and spices. Pour over layers. Let soak overnight. Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese is brown.
