SAUSAGE STRATA 
1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained well
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices day old bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt

Lightly butter a 9x13 casserole dish. Line bottom with bread.

Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread. Sprinkle cooked sausage on next and top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered.
