CARAMEL NUT STICKY BUNS 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 can (10 oz.) refrigerator biscuits

In 8 inch round glass dish combine butter, sugar, water and cinnamon. Cook on high 1 minute. Stir as soon as butter is melted. Stir in nuts. Separate biscuits and cut each into quarters. Place in sugar mixture and stir carefully to coat each piece.

Push biscuit toward outside of dish and place custard cup in the center. Cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove custard cup and let buns stand 2 minutes before pulling sections apart and serving warm.
