ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasonings
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1 to 1 1/2 lb. peeled, sliced Roma tomatoes
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine meats, oatmeal, tomato sauce, egg, seasonings and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Press mixture in bottom and halfway up the sides of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain off excess fat.

Top meat mixture with spinach. Arrange tomato slices over spinach. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and then top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly. Serves approximately 10.
