ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
5 lbs. chopped meat
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. sweet basil
2 eggs

Mix it all together in large bowl. Shape into a ball medium size and fry in pan with olive oil until brown on all sides. Then add to your sauce.
