PORTUGUESE FISH AND SAUCE 
4 fresh fish steaks (halibut is very good)

SAUCE:

1/4 c. chopped red onion
1/2 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Shake fish in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Fry until brown on both sides.

Mix above ingredients for sauce an dip hot fish in mixture. Remove, then heat sauce to serve as separate gravy.
