PORK CHOPS AND WILD RICE 
1 (6 oz.) box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice, original
1 (16 oz.) can LaChoy fancy mixed Chinese vegetables
6 lean pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
Pepper

Mix rice, seasoning packet, soup and water in 2 quart casserole (I use 13 x 9 inch dish). Add Chinese vegetables, juice and all. Mix. Arrange pork chops on top of mixture. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until meat is done.

Options: Add 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms. Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce. Can substitute chicken breasts or veal chops for pork chops.
