PORK CHOPS & WILD RICE 
1 box long grain & wild rice
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water

Mix in 13 x 9 inch dish. Lay 5 to 6 medium thick pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
