MARTHA WASHINGTON CANDY | |
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine 7 oz. Angel Flake coconut 1 stick butter 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 boxes confectioners' powdered sugar 1 lg. bag chocolate chips (semi-sweet) 1/4 c. paraffin wax Mix nuts with coconut, pour melted butter over mixture. Add milk and vanilla. Slowly mix in sugar. Chill overnight. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax in double boiler. Roll cold mixture into small balls and dip into melted chocolate. Drop onto wax paper. Chill again for 1/2 hour. |
