PICNIC POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix together in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter over mixture. Top with 1 can French fried onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
