PICNIC POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 stick extra-sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, reserving 1/2 c.
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine the above in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Optional: You can also sprinkle with bread crumbs or Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
