BEEF BARBEQUE 
6 lb. chuck roast
1 stalk celery
3 lg. onions
1 green pepper
1 bottle (14 oz.) catsup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water

Cut beef in 5 or 6 pieces. Combine rest of ingredients and heat to boiling point. Bake at 300 degrees, covered for 6 hours or until tender enough to flake. Freezes very well. 20-40 sandwiches.
