1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. dry milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine meat, egg, onion, celery, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and salt; mix well. Fill 1/2 cup measuring cup with meat mixture. Unmold on baking sheet. Combine catsup and brown sugar. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
