SHRIMP THERMIDOR 
3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash cayenne
2 c. milk
Grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Cut large shrimp in halves. Fry mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in cooked shrimp. Pour in well greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake in a hot 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or until cheese browns. Serves 6.
