CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer, boiled, boned & broken into pieces
1 c. broth or more
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cornbread dressing crumbs
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
2 sticks butter

Melt butter and pour over bread crumbs and mix well. Put half the crumbs in bottom of casserole dish that has been buttered. Spread chicken over crumbs. Pour 1/2 broth over chicken and crumbs.

Mix soup and sour cream together and spread over chicken. Spread the rest of the crumbs on top and add rest of broth. Cook 30 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven or until it is brown.
