PEACH GLAZED CARROTS 
3 lb. pared, sliced cooked carrots
1 c. peach preserves
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Arrange carrots in large skillet or saucepan. Combine preserves and butter, spoon over carrots, heat 15 minutes or until hot, or bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
