BUTTERMILK PIE 
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla, lemon extract
2 c. sugar

Soften butter, add sugar (put flour in sugar). Cream together well. Add eggs. Beat well. Stir in buttermilk and flavors. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
