BAKED CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raw rice (not instant)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Chow mein noodles

Brown beef, onion and celery. Add soups, water, rice and soy sauce. Put in casserole; top with chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
