MAINER'S HASH | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 cup rice 2 cups water 1 (15 oz.) can of your favorite vegetables, drained (peas, carrots, corn, mixed veggies as a suggestion) 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce 1/2 cup Ranch dressing 4 slices of your favorite cheese Brown hamburger and boil rice until water is absorbed. In a skillet, combine hamburger, rice, vegetables, BBQ sauce, Ranch dressing and four slices of cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is completely melted and the mixture is a firm texture. Note: If the mixture is still loose, add as many slices of cheese as needed. Serve and enjoy! Submitted by: Joseph Morin |
