CRAB PIE 
1 1/2 c. crab meat
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1/3 c. Vidalia onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie shell until it starts to brown. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
