FREEZER PIE CRUST | |
5 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 1/2 c. Crisco shortening 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp. vinegar Water Mix flour and baking powder. Cut in shortening. Place beaten egg in 1 cup measure; add vinegar and enough water to measure 1 cup liquid. Mix into flour mixture. Divide dough into balls, each ball to make a single crust. Freeze or refrigerate. |
