CREAMY FREEZER PIE 
1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk (1 tall can)
2/3 c. sugar
1 env. your favorite reg. kool-aid (not pre-sweetened)
Vanilla wafers or graham cracker pie crust

Chill pet milk in ice tray until almost frozen at edges. Put ice cold milk into cold large bowl of electric mixer (or 3 quart bowl). Using cold beaters, whip at high speed until fluffy. Add sugar and kool-aid. Whip until stiff. Line bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan with vanilla wafers (or use graham cracker crust). Fill crust with whipped kool-aid mixture, mounding it up high. Freeze until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
