FREEZER PIE CRUSTS 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 egg

Cut shortening into flour. Beat egg, vinegar, and water. Combine all ingredients. Roll into pie shells (will make 4 9-inch pie shells) and put into pie pans. Place 2 sheets of waxed paper between each pie pan. Stack and put into a medium size trash bag. Freeze. (Will keep frozen up to 6 months.)
