NEW ENGLAND CLAM QUICHE | |
1 unbaked pie shell 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled 1 (15 oz.) can snow clam chowder 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 slices cheese Bake crust for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees. In bowl combine bacon, chowder, eggs, onion, sour cream, parsley and pepper. Pour mixture into shell. Arrange cheese on top. Bake 50-55 minutes at 400 degrees. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting. |
