MEAT LOAF WELLINGTON 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 lb. pork sausage
1 env. onion soup mix
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices boiled ham
2 c. mozzarella cheese
2 crust pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

In large bowl place meat, onion soup, crumbs, catsup, cheese, eggs and seasonings. On foil, form meat mixture into 10 x 12 inch rectangle. Arrange ham and mozzarella on top leaving small margin around edges starting from short end, roll up meat jelly roll up fashion using foil to lift.

Roll pastry to 10 x 14 inch. Fit over loaf, trimming edges. Prick with fork and brush with egg and water mixture. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
