BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 double cut pork chops
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
3 slices bread, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1. Cut pork chops to form a pocket.

2. Melt butter in frying pan, add onion and celery. Cook until onion turns clear.

3. Add diced bread, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

4. Stuff dressing into pocket of chops, secure with toothpick.

5. Arrange chops in baking dish.

6. Cover with mushroom soup. Cover.

7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve in baking dish. Yield: 6 servings.
