BAKED RICE AND PORK CHOPS 
1 1/4 c. raw rice
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth soup
1 stick butter

Flour, salt and pepper 4 pork chops. Fry slowly until done. Remove and set aside. Place all above ingredients for rice together in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When hour is up, add pork chops to top of rice and bake for 5 minutes more at 350 degrees. Ready to serve.
