CATALINA CHICKEN | |
4 individual chicken breasts 1/2 stick butter (or oil) Salt and pepper Catalina dressing Parsley Rice Fry chicken breasts in butter or oil until browned on both sides. Drain fat. Return chicken to frying pan and top with Catalina dressing and sprinkle with parsley. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot over rice. Delicious! Catalina dressing can be substituted with barbecue sauce also. |
