I made this but instead of regular cream cheese and chives I used jalapeno cream cheese and fresh sliced mushrooms. Yum!

Excellent and so very easy to make! Prep time is approximately 5 minutes and it is ready for the oven. The chicken is flavorful and moist.

I made this last night for my boyfriend and I and it was fabulous. My bf couldn't stop saying yum the entire time. I improvised on the cheese and spiced choice and used 2 slices of bacon instead of 1. We'll definitely have to cook it again really soon.

Had this tonight - hubby loved it - me too! I added onion powder, garlic powder, Montreal chicken spice, paprika and black pepper to the cream cheese and then after I added quartered sliced onion just before rolling- I did as someone suggested - after it had reached almost the finished cooked stage I rolled them over and put the broiler on to finish off the bacon on the underside..Definitely a keeper recipe :)

I rolled my chicken breasts with cream cheese and spinach then wrapped bacon around and served them with cheese Tortellini and topped with broccoli Alfredo sauce.

Thanks heaps. This is quick and easy and tasty! I added a little salt and pepper before I folded the chicken and even got my very fussy 3yr old to eat it! Cheers ;-)

Substituted chopped red and green peppers for the chives, added some garlic powder and chili powder, turned out incredible. A very nice touch for a simple chicken dish. Served over rice.

This was a fantastic recipe. I added "no-salt" spices to the cream cheese along with a little Cayenne pepper. I also seasoned my chicken very well. It was finger lickin good. I added a little Red Pepper/Parmesan Italian salad dressing to my pan & some of the cream cheese melted into the dressing which made a yummy sauce.

This recipe is good but i tweaked it to perfection. Get the chicken breast which is butterflied open and add roasted red peppers, prociutto, chorizo, basil and a piece of swiss cheese. Roll it up and then wrap it in the bacon. It is to die for. I usually season it with garlic, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and paprika and a tad bit of olive oil and your good to go. You can bake it or grill it.

Love this recipe. It's good w/ vegetable or onion & chive flavored cream cheese as well.

I made this last night. I added jalapeno, and garlic to the cream cheese and chives for added flavor and spice. It smelled so good I could hardly wait to eat. It was delicious! The jalapeno added a lot of heat so if you don't like too much green chilies would be better, but we both loved it. I will definitely make it again!
