LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pkg. lasagne noodles (don't use them all), cooked per pkg. and drained on waxed paper

You can top with pepperoni slices and add Italian sausage to the hamburger meat to add variety. Brown meat, drain and add mushrooms and Ragu. Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Put a thin layer of meat mixture, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and cooked noodles. Keep layering but end with meat mixture. Top with pepperoni slices and bake at 300 degrees until cheese is melted.
