LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. (27-30 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 Precious Ricotta cheese
2 Mozzarella cheese balls
1 box lasagna noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onions, diced (optional)
Italian seasoning to taste (optional)

In large pot sauté hamburger. When done drain. Add all cans of sauce and paste. Adding water from each can to sauce. After 1st boil lower heat and simmer 4 hours. Always adding water to maintain level. Dice Mozzarella.

In large oblong dish layer ingredients in the following manner. Meat sauce, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella. (If you wish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese). Repeat layers. Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve with salad.
