LASAGNE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. wide lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese or drained small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese for top

Brown meat in dutch oven. Add seasoned salt, garlic and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Stir well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Boil lasagne in salted water until tender. Rinse and drain. Pour 1/3 meat sauce in bottom of 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Cover with strips of lasagne. Arrange slices of mozzarella and spoonful of Ricotta or cottage cheese on lasagne. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
