WILD PLUM PRESERVES | |
6 c. cooked wild plums, pitted 1 box Sure Jel 8 c. sugar Slightly cover plums with water. Cook until tender, then pitt them while cooking. Put back into kettle and add nearly 1 box Sure Jel. Bring to a hard rolling boil for about 1/2 minute and add sugar. Boil 2 to 3 minutes more. Fill jars and seal with wax. |
