HUMMUS 
1 can chick peas, drained
1 tsp. cumin
1 clove garlic
Cayenne pepper to taste (or 1/4 tsp.)
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. oil

Process in blender thoroughly. Add additional cumin and cayenne pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika; drizzle olive oil on top.
