CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI 
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom (or)
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash curry powder
Optional: 1 can stems and pieces mushrooms
Dash of garlic powder

Mix all of these together.

Chicken cutlets, washed and scraped (2 pkgs. for this recipe)
Broccoli (frozen - approximately 2 boxes of 24 oz. each)

Place broccoli in tray first (let thaw - it's easier to handle). Place chicken cutlets on top. Pour mixture on top of chicken and broccoli. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours (uncovered, but check to be sure it's not burning on top). Just before serving, sprinkle Cheddar cheese and some bread crumbs to melt. Serve over rice.
