CHICKEN-BROCCOLI & RICE 
8 chicken breast & 8 leg & thigh pieces or 16 chicken breast pieces
4 c. Minute Rice
2 lg. pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 cubes chicken bouillon
2 tsp. curry powder
1 Lipton Golden onion soup (2 pkgs.)
4 c. boiling water

Spray two 9x13 inch pans with Pam. Pour 2 cups rice into each. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and stir in cans of soup, broccoli and curry. Pour over rice. Arrange 8 pieces of chicken in each pan. Sprinkle with 1 package of Lipton dry soup on each pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. This recipe can be halved.
