BROCCOLI CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
2 sm. pkgs. broccoli, frozen
1 c. Mahattama rice
1 jar (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz
1 can mushroom soup

Cook chicken, bone. Cook rice in chicken broth. Saute onion and bell pepper, broccoli, Cheese Whiz and soup. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Can be frozen.
