MICROWAVE FUDGE 
1 box (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. butter

Place all ingredients in a glass 2 quart measuring cup. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until chocolate is shiny, stir once. Stir vigorously until melted and smooth. Spread in buttered glass baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 24 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
