1 box (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 c. butter Place all ingredients in a glass 2 quart measuring cup. Cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until chocolate is shiny, stir once. Stir vigorously until melted and smooth. Spread in buttered glass baking dish. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Makes 24 pieces. |
