2 1/2 c. Rice Chex
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Combine all ingredients except ice cream. Spread half of the mixture in 9" square pan. Top with 1 quart vanilla ice cream. Spread evenly. Spread remaining cereal mixture over ice cream. Freeze; cut and serve.
