LINDA'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pt. sour cream
1 (2 lb.) pkg. thawed hash brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) grated Cracker Barrel cheese
Parmesan cheese or crushed potato chips for topping

Mix all together. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 12.
