POPPY SEED COFFEE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines golden yellow cake
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. Crisco oil

1/2 c. Harvey's Bristol Cream 1 c. sugar

Make cake ingredients and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook sugar and butter on top of stove and add sherry and cook just until boiling. Remove cake from oven and poke holes all around it. Pour glaze on top of cake. Let cool and turn over onto cake dish.
